This is a great link slim shady, updated often. Lots of our prospects putting up good #s overseas, good to see. Read somewhere the Oilers have the most players of all teams playing in Europe right now.

Yeah i really like how we're getting so many of our prospects playing meaningful stuff in europe right now. It keeps them sharp and is a great experience to help them become more mature IMO. Maturity is often the hardest/latest thing to evolve in young elite prospects since they've always been told how amazing they are from peewee upwards. There will be great benefits from this in future IMO.

2017 7th Round Draft Pick, 6'3" 201lbs Right Defense Philip Kemp, signed for 3 years @ $925K per year.
Max ELC for a 7th Round Pick, is something there?
EDIT:
Original info was reported wrong. It's actually 3 years @ $786,667,

Overseas Prospect Update:
- Tyler Benson: GP 8, G 1, A 8, P 9 - William Lagesson: GP 12, G 3, A 8, P 11 - Evan Bouchard: GP 19, G 6, A 10, P 16 - Jesse Puljujärvi: GP 15, G 7, A, 5, P 12 - Raphaël Lavoie: GP 18, G 8, A 3, P 11 - Ryan McLoed: GP 10, G 3, A 3, P 6 - Kirill Maximov: GP 15, G 5, A 3, P 8 - Philip Broberg: GP 19, G 2, A 5, P 7 - Dmitri Samorukov: GP 27, G 2, A 6, P 8 - Ilya Konovalov: GP 9, GAA 2.19, SV% .927
Bouchard, Lagesson, Broberg, and Samorukov are all said to be defensive staples on their respective teams. Samorukov is said to be playing top pairing minutes on the league leading CSKA Moscow. I do believe the other 3 are playing top pairing minutes as well. Bouchard's Södertälje SK is 3rd in the HockeyAllsvenskan league. Lagesson has been traded from 8th place HC Vita Hästen to 13th place Kristianstads IK on November 23rd playing 1 game on his new team so far. Broberg's Skellefteå AIK is 6th place in the 14 team SHL.

- Tyler Benson has turned it up in Switzerland. 14 points in 11 games. 2 goals, 12 assists. He is currently our highest performing forward in Europe. - 4th Round Pick in the 2020 Draft, Carter Savoie, has only played 2 games in the NCAA for the University of Denver. But in those 2 games he has 3 goals. - Dylan Holloway had 2 goals in 2 games for the University of Wisconsin before heading over to the Team Canada WJHC Camp. - Philip Kemp logged an assist in his first game for Väsby IK in HockeyAllsvenskan in Sweden, the same team Raphaël Lavoie plays for. - Speaking of Raphaël Lavoie. He has 16 points in 21 games. In those 16 points, he has a whopping 11 goals. - William Lagesson is currently our highest performing D in Europe posting 12 points in 14 games. 3 goals, 9 assists. - Jesse Puljujärvi, while taking a little bit of a drop compared to last season, still has a respectable 0.75 points per game. Good for, 7 goals and 5 assists in 16 games. His drop in production could be due to the very sporadic schedule in Finland right now. Random stops and quarantines due to COVID-19. Loss of momentum during those stops. - Evan Bouchard is performing well in HockeyAllsvenskan's Södertälje SK. Logging first pairing minutes, and getting 6 goals with 10 assists in 22 games. - Lastly, Ilya Konovalov. In my opinion, our best goalie prospect. He has the numbers to back it up. This year he has a 2.17GAA with a .927 sv% in 9 games. He did have the starting position taken from him by Eddie Pasquale, but that shouldn't take away from the stellar numbers he has posted his entire KHL career.

Most prospects seem to be playing pretty well and putting up numbers overseas, albeit in weaker leagues but nonetheless upward arrows and valuable xp/playing time. JP came out flying and had great boxcars his first half dozen games or so but has certainly calmed down since. I believe should he make the team out of camp he will (and should) start on the 3rd line with Turris as his center. It's too bad Konovalov isn't getting more starts but it's certainly not his fault. Can't recall his team's starting goalie (Jaques?) but he is playing great as well and I wonder also if he gets more starts bc the org/coach knows Konovalov will be off to N.A. soon so they'd rather give the starts to the other guy? Speculating... Thanx for the update Slim!
