Sometimes when I'm watching the Oilers or The World Juniors I'll have a snack at the table. Chocolates or almonds or any of the treats we enjoyed as kids. My wife and I bought an air fryer that has mutiple functions and one of them is a dehydrator. Like anything some fruits or vegetables work better than others and you have to experiment to see what works for you. Banana slices are awesome, they turn out like banana candy. Mangos are my favotite. I tried them at Costco a couple of times and really liked them so I decided to try them myself. First I looked online for tips before I got started. Online shows a process that is very labor intensive and I quickly decided that was just too much work. I decided to just dehydrate them as they were. As it turns out, to my taste anyway, you don't need to do that lengthy, drawn out process. I find my dried mangos are very good as they are with none of that extra work. The key is to wait until the mangos are ripe, the riper the better. 135 F for 10-12 hours and you have a great snack to watch the game with.

Hey Bronco! Thanks for your input, I always appreciate your take on anything culinary. My favorite wings are honey garlic, southerb fried and mild barbq. The jerkey sounds good and would probably turn out great. Our airfryer is a chefman with stackable shelves, a roticery and a roticery basket. Everything we've tried comes out quite nicely and it's very easy to clean.
