Can't wait for the new season TBH. Going a bit Bat-Mangiapane crazy if you'all pardon the pun. I didnt realise how important entertainment is until being restricted from traveling and moving around. NHL is an important release valve for myself personally and its finally nice to cheer for a winning team. really hoping some of the off-season moves hit home runs and the likes of McD,Drai,Nurse and Nuge get rewarded.

I see a faster team, better passing from the blue line, depth and increase in proven experience... Looks good and hope both Smith and Kos perform well.

Either way, I am hoping goaltending is average at worst, Mike Smith in his 'last year' form at best. Smith isn't that old yet. Goalies start a little later and can go a little longer. They are not like hard nose d-men or physical forwards that are done by their early thirties.

I hope Smith can be lights out like last season and it would be wonderful for Koskinen to find his best game about right now. Stalock for the price is a nice addition and certainly has some solid skills and a top tier glove hand. Stalock kinda reminds me of Roloson in that he made it this far in his career and was not worn out, Maybe lighting can strike twice?
