If this is the case with tweet below, checking cap friendly, Oilers have 2.4 mil in cap space currently, Yammo on LTIR adds 3.1 mil, re add Kane and we have about 375k in cap space with a 22 man roster. Murray is still on IR, not LTIR so I'm guessing his cap still counts.

I guess JP is out tomorrow as well but is trying to keep it in perspective? Apparently JW told him he’s done nothing wrong just that they need to make room for Kane

Dumba has been linked to the oil, but then so has every warm body  . I dont quite get the undying loyalty the oil mgmt group has to Shore? they seem to bend over backwards to do everything to keep him?? I guess its admirable in some way and no doubt he's a great character but he takes up a roster spot and cap that could be better utilised elsewhere?? Give him a pro scout position if you love him so much??
