Verified - As of this morning the Oilers have 25% of the league's top 16 players for points this season. Enjoy: embarrassingly, I remember this first hand. His acting was atrocious. I remember him being hired to do a commercial. He was supposed to skate up to the camera and with a surprised look say something like "Bo knows hockey??" or something like that to the camera. It took so many takes that they finally just gave up and told him to skate up to the camera and just say no.

Something must be brewing? It's possible that they misworded it and it is an emergency recall so his cap wouldn't count against the teams cap. If it is an outright recall that should put us over the cap meaning something might just be brewing.

Well the JP drama is finally over. I had hoped that he would do well in Edmonton but it just didn't work out. Good luck in the east. The return is cap space and a flashy prospect. I certainly don't have my hopes set on a Finnish dangler playing overseas. I am interested to see what KH does with the available funds. |

Not quite verified yet but being reported by Friedman:
It's Ekholm and a sixth to EDM
To NASH it's Tyson Barrie, Reid Schaefer, a first this year and a fourth.
Not sure I like this deal. We rely on our PP and it falls off substantially when Barrie is not on it. This could be a major misstep. Ekholm better improve our defensive play a lot.
